  • PSAL High School Summer Sports, Fitness, and Recreation Program

    NYCPS students entering grades 9–12 in the fall of 2025 can register for the Public Schools Athletic League (PSAL) High School Summer Sports, Fitness, and Recreation Program. Students will enjoy free athletic training, sports-specific skill development, and recreation activities at select sites across the five boroughs. The program runs Monday to Thursday from 3:00–6:00 p.m., divided across two sessions:  

    Students may register at any PSAL summer site, regardless of where they are enrolled during the regular school year. Registration will remain open and available on a first come, first served basis until an activity reaches capacity.

About Us

We aspire to be an inclusive community that supports the development of compassionate and empowered learners. Principal Colin McEvoy is a founding faculty member at Millennium High School. Formerly a Peace Corps volunteer in Estonia, where he taught English as a second language, he received a Master's degree at Columbia University Teachers College. The faculty members of MHS all have Master's degrees in their respective fields, and many have been recipients of highly competitive grants.
